1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the DischargeIQ platform, including administrators, discharge coordinators, ward managers, and all other staff roles.
2. Permitted Use
- Managing hospital discharge workflows within your authorised NHS organisation
- Recording and tracking discharge tasks, assessments, and referrals
- Generating clinical documents and reports
- Viewing analytics and operational dashboards for your organisation
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Accessing or attempting to access data from other organisations
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorised individuals
- Entering directly identifiable patient information (real names, addresses, full NHS numbers) into free-text fields
- Using the Platform for any purpose unrelated to clinical discharge coordination
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Platform
- Circumventing security controls or access restrictions
- Using automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy or any security incident, report it immediately to your organisation's administrator and to security@dischargeiq.co.uk.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of access, and may be reported to the relevant NHS organisation and regulatory authorities where appropriate.
